1. What's included?

Your laundry items will be washed, dried and folded. The convenience of pick-up and drop-off services. You'll receive Super Kleen Laundry bag. *Size of bag depends on the rate you choose.

2. Is there a minimum? 

We offer flat rate pricing starting at $25.

3. What do I put my clothes in on pick up day?

Place your clothes in a throw away plastic bag. Your laundered clothes will return in one of our Super Kleen Laundry bag to be used for future services.

4. What day and time do you pick up and drop off?

5. What if I don't want to leave my laundry out for pick up?

 When booking your pick-up, please write your preference in the message section to let us know how you'd like for us to proceed with securing your laundry. We will also contact you to confirm.

6. Do I have to separate light and dark items?

No. we do that for you.

7.Do you launder clothes in cold or hot water?

We will launder your clothes on the warmest setting possible (unless you request a different temperature.

8.Do you use fabric softener?

No, we do not use fabric softener unless it's specified otherwise.

9. What laundry detergent do you use?

We use Regular and Hypoallergenic Tide (rated excellent by consumer reports)

10. Can you return certain items hung?

Yes, Simply include the hangers with your laundry and indicate to us what items you would want hung

11. Do you dry clean or iron?

No, we wash, dry and fold laundry

12. Do you wash large items like comforters?

Yes, please see price list in the services and Product section

13. What if items are lost and damage?

Its extremely rare that items are lost or damaged. Your laundry order is tagged and separate from other orders. Items are seperated into white and darks loads. They are washed in cold water and dried using the normal heat setting on standard washers and dryers. In the rare event items are lost or damaged, you protected under our garment Protection Plan up to $40 per garment and $200 per order.

14. Do I have to be at home for pick ups and delivery?

No, we will pick-up and drop-off your laundry at the location you indicate. If your laundry is not out and ready for pick-up, there will be a service charge of $10.00.

15. Do my clothes get mixed with other orders?

No. Your clothes are kept together at all times and never mixed with other orders.

16. What time do I place my order for next day delivery?

17. Do you check pockets?

Yes, If there's one thing that many people forget naturally, it is about checking pockets of their clothes before laundry. Some common items left behind are keys, medicines, coins, and cigarettes. These are items that are likely to cause damage to your clothes. We will return the found items inside a sealed bag along with your laundry.

18. Where are you taking my clothes to be laundered?

All items are laundered using quality equipment at a facility that is clean and sanitary.

19. How many clothes is considred one load?

Medium/Regular load: 6 men tee shirts, a pair of socks, 2 skirts, 1 women's sweater, 1 men's sweater, 3 pairs of pants, 3 pairs of underwear. This is just an example.
